Repair and maintenance service

Standard repair

We repair our systems and individual components which have suffered typical damage within 10 to 15 working days.

Express repair

In order to reduce downtimes, our express repair service for a selected part of our product range1is available to you. We repair a defective system and send it back to you via express delivery.

Please note the the time frames for express repairs [ALO1, ALO2, BO-* and THx* 3 working days; scapacs systems ALO3 and RLH-* systems 5 working days] only include the time required for repairing the systems here at our location. The specified time frames do not include any possible delivery delays related to customs or the longer delivery times required to some countries within and outside of the EU. An express surcharge applies only towards the quicker repair turnaround times here at our location. For this we are able to "drop everything" – you are sure to understand that this incurs additional costs.

Maintenance

The uninterrupted availability of their production facilities is an important factor for our customers. Preventative maintenance makes perfect sense to minimise down times and maintain production.

We initially create a tailored maintenance schedule according to your needs. The systems being utilised will be checked, cleaned and, if necessary, repaired by Scansonic at regular intervals based on this maintenance plan.

The aim of this measure is to guarantee an optimum system performance and high levels of reliability throughout the entire service life of the optical system through regular check and servicing.
