Four work stations with different robots and a linear axis have been brought into operation, all with access to the TruDisk 5001 laser. These new products have been presented as part of our Scansonic Application Days. They will be used and tested in selected processes such as laser and arc welding, soldering, and hardening.

Scansonic's optical sensor system is making history. After nearly a year on the market and more than 25 TH6D systems sold, the interface for ABB robotic applications are available for our customers. Our customers have been convinced by the quality of the TH6D system series. In response to customer requests, a joint design project was conducted with the company ABB.

How can aluminium be welded perfectly? Scansonic is your single source for the necessary laser equipment. The ALO3 is specially optimized for soft aluminium wires: including the wire feed from the wire drum, the wire-end sensor, the Easyglide system, and our newly designed wire-feed module. Our new video demonstrates how aluminium doors can be welded.
